Refund policy

We want you to love every piece from Crocododo. If something isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange your item within 14 days of the invoice date.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
• Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or any damage

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, our team will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method, or your exchange will be processed accordingly.

Please note we will arrange the courier arrival to your door, all you do is handling the item to the courier and the shipping cost.
